Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a combat sport in which striking, clinch fighting and grappling are permitted. Introduced to the world by the Ultimate Fighting Championship the sport has never been more popular.
At the Griphouse our athletes are exposed to the best techniques from Muay Thai, Wrestling, Boxing and Jiu Jitsu and are given coaching and advice in combining them to form a true MMA system.
Due to the large amount of sparring at these classes we recommend that all our athletes training at these classes have a basic understanding of Muay Thai, Wrestling and Jiu Jitsu.
